MASSART AUCTION by leslie graff

Pleased to once again be a part of the MassArt Auction this year. My piece this year was a 36x36 volumes on wood. This evening raised 1.3 million dollars for student scholarships and programs. I love seeing fabulous art in silent and live auctions. I feel honored to share wall space with other artists whose work I admire and help support one of of the things I am most passionate about-- increasing opportunity and education for others. It sells out weeks in advance every year because well its an amazing night and the food is always so good. Can I just say easts meets west catering for the win with those the vietnamese noodles with lemongrass?!

JUST DESSERTS cards are finally here! by leslie graff

You can find them in the shop! They are deliciously perfect for birthdays or...well any occasion that involves dessert-- which to me means is every single day. Hey-- Giving someone one of these is a lot fewer calories and lasts a lot longer. #virtualdessert

Danforth Annual Show by leslie graff

Delighted to have my first dessert piece... You want a piece of me... selected for the Danforth Annual show. This piece is about resource allocation and all the things that seem to ask for our time and energy.

81st Fitchburg REgional Show by leslie graff

Some fantastic work this year at the Fitchburg Regional at the Fitchburg Art Museum. I was honored to have "her piece of the pie" and "how it looked in the reflection" chosen for the show. It's a treat to share the walls with so many other excellent works.

PAINTINGS FOR BYU's School of Family Life by leslie graff

So pleased to have two of my pieces on permanent display at BYU. I helped the department acquisition an art package focusing on the themes of the majors in the department.  So wonderful to see original art by a range of contemporary artists on the walls. If you are on campus you can visit them on the second floor of the JFSB. I would never create the art I do were it not for the things I learned and they ways I learned to think while in graduate school there so many thanks to my beloved professors who had an indirect hand in creating these pieces.

Just Desserts by leslie graff

Well to know me is to know how i love to bake. I have had the best time lately baking, photoshooting, and painting these desserts (ok and i love eating them to.) I cant get enough of painting these patterns. And as a little sneak preview of whats to come -- I will be doing a solo exhibit with them for four months at the Hanover Theater in Worcester next March. The best part is I will be making some of the desserts for people to sample at the opening.
