Leslie Whyte Graff began her love of painting as a child and has been working in acrylics for more than 20 years. Her training includes years of private, academic, and museum based art training. She has a Masters degree from Brigham Young University and her graduate research utilized children's art as an expressive tool for qualitative research. She completed her child life clinical training at Johns Hopkins. She has served as college faculty and worked as a child life specialist. She has travelled to numerous countries doing humanitarian work as a child life specialist. She has taught creative arts programs in Virginia, Massachusetts, and California. She currently works through a cultural arts grant as an artist-in-residence with a local school and devotes her time to her children and her art. 

Leslie primarily spends her time working in acrylics and mixed media on canvas. Her work is characterized by organic themes, repeating patterns, and expressive color. Her work often explores relationships and influence and has been shown in group and solo shows around New England. She was the featured artist for the Spring 2009 issue of literary journal, Segullah.

She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and three sons.
